37 MOLA | Mola Lux Living Outline This is a sofa people want to lie onto, not just sit on. All that we can do for comfort has been done, such as the fine tuning of cushion filling, the careful selection of upholstery fabric, etc. Customers can make this sofa their own personal spaces by setting it together with other items from MOLA collection. ■ Shelf We need some places to put things within reach when relaxing in a sofa. The sofa side boxes and shelves would be a good help by organizing such things neatly. ■ Cushion In order to finely tune the softness of the cushions, the cushion filling and upholstery material were carefully selected. ■ Unit A wide variety of arrangements according to family structure, lifestyles, etc. are possible by the wide-angle corner sofa, sofa side boxes and shelves, and side tables that can be tucked in the sofa due to its cantilever leg. Designer's Message The core concept of this collection is “not furniture but a comfort space that each user can arrange.” I designed this sofa as a place where people are relaxed in their own ways rather than just simply seated on. The concept is shown in the lineup of the collection. A center table is not included because it has no other choice but to be placed in front of the sofa. Instead, I added side tables, sofa side boxes, and low shelves as places to put things around the sofa. Accordingly, users can enjoy making their personal arrangement.
